The SHOXX® process is based on a forging technology that was developed within our group and implemented through our production technology.

Therefore, our expertise enables the use of new SHOXX® segments for a cutting capacity that has been unachievable until now.

In addition to highly automated production, our know-how makes it possible to use new segment formulas for hitherto unprecedented cutting performance. This new production process in combination with new formulas enables the user to work with FASTER • STRONGER • SAFER with our tools.

SHOXX diamond saw blades clearly distinguish themselves from traditional diamond saw blades in terms of cutting speed, tool life and universal usability. Because of their properties, they are especially suitable for intensive continuous use.

Due to the special segment geometry, the SHOXX diamond saw blades ensure a considerably lower vibration load, which saves your wrists and eliminates work interruptions.

 

Reduced vibration thanks to SHOXX

Due to the special segment geometry, the SHOXX cutting disks achieve a significantly reduced vibration stress. This results in fewer work breaks.

In opposite to standard methods, the SHOXX technology also permits the production of higher segments (until 20mm).

Another fundamental benefit is the safety. Due to the dense pore free segments, welding properties with incomparably high safety against segment break-off results compared to the usual standard sintering technology.
